My Supper Hero’s mission is to help everyone ‘eat brilliantly at home’. The brainchild of successful restaurateur Jamie Barber and the multi-talented Myleene Klass, My Supper Hero is a meal kit with a difference. It promises meals that will appeal to even the most discerning foodie but with fuss-free, super quick preparation. We worked with Jamie and Myleene to hone the My Supper Hero proposition and then developed the visual and verbal identity for the brand. 

We developed a distinctive look and feel that was deliberately designed to appeal to people who love food but don’t love cooking. Our goal was to capture the joy of eating and the concept of ‘more chatting, less chopping’. We created a rich and enticing brand world full of fun but also the right level of premium, foodie cues to do justice to the high quality nature of the product.

Brand Voice

Having agreed upon the brand mission, we set about creating a distinctive brand voice for My Supper Hero. The aim was to create a tone of voice that felt conversational and upbeat, inspired by how Jamie and Myleene chat to each other, but with an emphasis on celebrating the social, joyful side of eating. With absolutely no pretentious foodie talk.

Our art direction was designed to feel editorial in approach. For us this was about more than just showing what you are buying, it was about conveying the dishes’ creativity. Our dishes were shot from a close perspective so the viewer can see and almost taste every detail.
